A Great May Lineup at the Woodstock Camera Club!

Spring is finally in the air!
First, I would like to thank everyone who submitted an entry into the Photo Art contest last month. The creativity involved in the creation of these images was outstanding! A special thank-you to Cathy for her excellent critique of the images and to Wilson for conceiving of the contest and for his generosity with respect to donating an award. The only down side is we have to wait until June to find out who won!We have a great line up for you this month. Jason Gennings from Henry's will be joining us on May 14th to share his techniques for sports and action photography. Drawing from his experience shooting
professional sports, brides and wiener dogs,
Jason will talk about equipment and technique using his typical entertaining style. Your images for the It's Your Choice contest are also due this evening!
On May 28th, we will be building on Jason's presentation to more closely examine the relationship of ISO, shutter speed and aperture. Your Canada Exhibition Photos are also due on this night. We will also have a slideshow presentation from Jerry on his recent trip to Yosemite National Park!
New members are always welcome!
